when everything is going well in our life, why do we still feel lonely???why do we again go back to flash back and sit thinking "How Some people came into our life" .You know right away that they were meant to be here to serve some purpose of our life, teach us a lesson or help figure out who you are or who you want to be, you never know who these people may be but you lock eyes wid them you know that very moment that they'll affect your life in some profound way.sometimes things seem horrible,painful&unfair....but in reflection you realize that without overcoming those obstacles you would never realize your potential strength.Everything happens 4 a reason, nothing happens by chance or by means of luck.Illness, love lost moments of true grateness&sheer stupidity all occur to test limits of ur soul,Without these small tests life would be like a smooth paved, straight, flat road ....nowhere safe & uncomfortable but sheer dull & utterly pointless.
Your depression, your pain, your sufferings are cannot be healed by any individual .. its a hard word but that is true .Never spoil anyone's moments by showing hi/her your own problems and short comings.Instead create such a funny moments that when ever you look back at them, they should be cherish able...let go any memory that lets your spirit down..that reminds you of your failure.
Be a child..do everything full heatedly..when you laugh you don't think about your status , when you fail try again differently..don't portray yourself what you are not actually....YOU ARE A PEACEFUL SOUL , NOTHING ELSE...ANXIETY ? PAIN ? we have made all these...one who succeeds does so because he did the thing with love.Don't imitate..be genuine.Money, luxury ,that artificial smile on our face....ok.!!! but happiness?????instead just for a while a while think of the days you played in the streets..quarelled with friends for a chocolate...cried for losing a silly game...SEE YOU ARE SMILING....!!! :):)
DON'T do what every one is doing...do what your heart says...and what you decide to do . do such that even GOD feels proud of you...break all bondage..walk that extra mile...
Most people believe controlling the mind means holding themselves back and denying yourself freedom. They feel that controlling their mind is not natural, and that it is some sort of repression.it is not so my friend,...........
ask yourself..DO YOU WANT TO TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR LIFE ?
if the answer is "YES" ,...the only way to do that is to take control of your mind, your thoughts, your goal.A restless mind, scattered thoughts and unclear goal....its very very hard to succeed. When our mind is focused, our energies are not dissipated on irrelevant activities or thoughts. Develop concentration. Without it, our efforts get scattered, Its true that,Thoughts claim our attention incessantly, and we waste our time and energy on unimportant and useless matters. Thoughts actually rule our life. We have become so used to this slavery, that we take it for granted, and have become unconscious of this habit.
Develop that Inner resistance, train our minds not to accept and see anything you don't want to.... at first concentration may seem a very strenuous and tiring activity, and that it involves exertion and tension, which is both difficult and unpleasant.
Just try for 2 weeks , not to think negative, not to fear of failure, any thing you do try to look into what you learn from that very thing....try to make yourself satisfied rather than trying to satisfying the world...try to succeed.. if you can't think that it wasn't your cup of coffee....don't be jealous or keep grudge against someone...do what you can without thinking what others did...just two weeks ... the whole world will seem so different to you...such is the power of self control
*Here is what you can gain by developing this power:*

depression comes from frustration, frustration comes from failure, failure comes from fear of failure, fear of failure comes from not having belief in your self, self dis-belief comes from trying to do something what you are not or trying to imitate others or simply due to jealousy seeing others succeed. root out that deep routed cause.. be yourself.
do thing you feel proud to do..and focus....You will feel a new form of consciousness growing in you, bringing you peace of mind. Restlessness may come every now and then , keep them away with your good thoughts,.....in due time and continuous practice calmness will grow and fill you completely. You will be able to make the mind work for you when you need its services, in a most efficient way. You will be able to silence it when its services are not needed.
I assure you, from personal experience, that the attitude to life and the reactions to events change after starting to practice concentration. It is some kind of automatic and gradual process. You come to know many things about the mind and how it functions, and you learn to deal with it efficiently, both your the successes & downfalls.
Be your own creator, create whom you are and whom you want to be...be the sculptor of your life, learn from each failure , each success....try to learn from everyone you interacted...the word "ENEMY" is such an alien thing...believe in yourself.
Create your own life& then go out & live it. Have a blast..
