ARE YOU A POSITIVE THINKER...

Instead of thinking about what you're missing, try thinking about what you have that everyone else is missing.Once you replace negative thoughts with positive ones, you'll start having positive results.Not everyone accepts or believes in positive thinking.. Some consider the subject as just nonsense, and others scoff at people who believe and accept it. Among the people who accept it, not many know how to use it effectively to get results. Yet, it seems that many are becoming attracted to this subject, as evidenced by the many books, lectures and courses about it.It is quite common to hear people say: "Think positive!", to someone who feels down and worried. Most people do not take these words seriously, as they do not know what they really mean, or do not consider them as useful and effective. The single attribute of positive thinking can help in making a difference to our lives and also to the people in our surroundings.

How can you over come this?
Always visualize only favorable and beneficial situations. Use positive words in your inner dialogues or when talking with others. Smile a little more, as this helps to think positively. Disregard any feelings of laziness or a desire to quit. If you persevere, you will transform the way your mind thinks.




It is important to identify negative thoughts as soon as they appear on the surface and bury them before they start taking root.Once a negative thought enters your mind, you have to be aware of it and endeavor to replace it with a constructive one. The negative thought will try again to enter your mind, and then you have to replace it again with a positive one. It is as if there are two pictures in front of you, and you choose to look at one of them and disregard the other. Persistence will eventually teach your mind to think positively and ignore negative thoughts.In case you feel any inner resistance when replacing negative thoughts with positive ones, do not give up, but keep looking only at the beneficial, good and happy thoughts in your mind.


It does not matter what your circumstances are at the present moment. Think positively, expect only favorable results and situations, and circumstances will change accordingly. It may take some time for the changes to take place, but eventually they do.

Effective positive thinking that brings results is much more than just repeating a few positive words, or telling yourself that everything is going to be all right. It has to be your predominant mental attitude. It is not enough to think positively for a few moments, and then letting fears and lack of belief enter your mind. Some effort and inner work are necessary.
Are you willing to make a real inner change?
Are you willing to change the way you think?
Are you willing to develop a mental power that can positively affect you, your environment and the people around you?


Remember that,When you get into a tight place and everything goes against you, till it seems as though you could not hold on a minute longer, never give up then, for that is just the place and time that the tide will turn
finally ,what you think of yourself is more important than,what others think of you,As it is said "the maximum time you will have to spend in your life is with YOURSELF..So make yourself as interesting as possible.

No More Depression!!!

“...Depression is not sobbing and crying and giving vent, it is plain and simple reduction of feeling...People who keep stiff upper lips find that it's damn hard to smile.”
Now a days depression is very common in teenagers ,when they have to really enjoy their life,They just love to stay alone,may be due to love failure,or defeat in life or may be sudden death of dear ones.But friends,just think when you are depressed what your parents might go through,who have bought you up so sweetly,when ever you are depressed,think of your parent,or your loved ones who really need you,even if you hide your tears in front of them,they can recognize you,As their  true heart LOVES YOU

                                                                                  Whenever you are depressed do you  think of disappearing,or do you think to shut yourself off closing  doors  to keep people out. That could mean isolating you in a quiet place,avoiding everyone. Or it could mean being with friends and family but emotionally uninvolved, feeling more like an observer of a scene than a participant. Even when you were  with them, you wasn’t really there at all."
there may be other reasons too like:Losing Memory.
Refusing Support.etc....
Now  you can come out of depression..
with a little effort,Wanna try it:):)
So,Friends when ever you are depressed,try to read a book,Which will really motivate you,Or speak to your friends why is the  reason that you are so low,try to communicate with your friends through social networking sites,make new friends,learn to share your problems may be you might come out with good solution,and when you speak out the things you will feel relaxed.or if you think ,You cant share the things than just pen it down in a diary,listen to your favorite music. 
By keeping sorrow in your heart ,YOU wont solve any of your
problems ,It will just spoil your health.

Instead ,always think: You are living your life for your sake not for others,If your lover leaves you and go,it doesn't mean that he is bad,its just his story is over in your life,Or may be god has some better plans for you.When ever your broken think of your parents,first they are worried,that how her daughter would survive in this world,later don't make them regret by your mistakes. Always spread happiness,You will feel its big and precious,try to update your status in the social networking sites,friends will reward you,and you will feel great even in small achievements
