when i was a small little angel for
my parents my mom use to send me to kindergarten so that one day her
daughter would be an engineer.I really enjoyed my school .As we grow
older we feel past was better than present, when we are small kids we
love to play with other children, love to do notorious things, but as soon
as we step into the world of under graduate studies ,we fell doing home
work was far better than complision of journals,a college where hardly
anyone care for us,none of the lectures are interested why we bunked the
class nor we are interested in respecting them, the moral values layed
by our parents are just forgotten like text book answers. We simply run
behind the word of attraction called love, when fake love fails, guys
start the new colorful life like of drinks and smokes...and a girl who
always sheds the tears and suicide herself???,why are we always making
fun of others and commenting on them,we love to irritate the lectures,Just
love to keep stupid names to friends and classmates.we always have time
to reply the sms or chat with our close friends we have time to have
fun around...but when your mom calls for the shopping or request you to
give her a lift we blindly say sorry mom i m busy with my work....for a
girl if a boy friend advice its a care..but if a parent advice then its
blame..why is the thinking of youth changing so drastically,is it the
western education impact.its just like sitting in front of laptop all
the time and not even aware if our parents wish to speak with us,when we
stay in hostel or way we have a feeling that we must share with them
everything but when we come home we just smile at them and sit in front
of laptop.but one should not forget there are different ways of
expressing love, one cannot compare the love
Comparisons
between various types of love are easy when one type of love scarcely
exists; such comparisons are
difficult when genuine profound love
prevails in both types. In such profound love, the differences between
the two types are more evident and comparisons seem meaningless. Thus, a
woman who believes that her love for her children is greater than the
love she has for anyone else was hesitant when asked to compare this
love with the profound love she felt for her deceased father (although
she had no hesitation about making this comparison to her mother). To
sum up, although we say that we cannot compare apples and oranges since
they are different types of fruit, we can compare their specific
features, such as their taste or the hardness of their skin. In a
similar manner, parental love and children's love for their parents is
difficult to compare as they are different, but there are still some
features that can be compared. The depth of the emotional connections is
typically greater in parental love, and hence in a sense this love can
be considered to be greater. Even if this is so, it is problematic to
tell your child that you love her more than you love your mommy, as in
saying this the great differences between the two types of love are
ignored.
The
above considerations can be encapsulated in the following statement
that a lover might express: "Darling, my sweet child, I love you very
much, but I love my mother as well, so let us not compare these
different loves.
Parents can
only give good advice or put them on the right paths, but the final
forming of a person's character lies in their own hands
