Life
is an imperfect experience,A journey that for everyone contains light and dark
aspects. Suffering is part of growth. Yet, I understand that in the tunnel, it
feels hopeless, and it feels like there is no choice. I’ve been there and I feel,
there are so many choices to be made about whether to focus on the tunnel, or
take positive active steps to shift into the light. If you look back on your
life you will see many occasions where an unexpected change occurred, and you
still made it to today. If you’re able to build more trust in yourself and your
own resilience, then change will feel less of a problem as you have more faith
in your ability to manage whatever may happen.
We can't change mistreat that happened in the past
.We can address mistreat that's happening now .We can't change someone
else's decision or behavior if they aren't willing to change .We can change how
we respond to them .We can't change the tragedies have occurred in our own
lives or in places across the globe .We can support the causes that seek to
prevent future or spearhead our own .... And we can't guarantee specific
outcomes for our actions ,but we can increase our odds of making a
difference by being clear-headed,patient,andconsistent.Sometimes there
will be unfair things that we can simply need to accept ,and it might feel
instinctive to fight that. We're only human and we will sometimes give in to
our emotional responses . What's important is that we try to move beyond them,
So we don't let the things we can't take control of us.
Dwelling on unfairness doesn't do anything to change it ;it actually affects our ability to do that since obsessive thinking drains our energy ,magnifies our emotions,and keep us more focused on problems than solutions .Being able to distinguish between what you imagine and what is actually happening in your life is any important steps toward living a happier life .
Even in tough seasons,We can still enjoy the moments that matter .Even when you feel like giving up and that you'll never find your happy face ,finding the moments of joy will remind you that everything is going to be OK. That this too shall pass.Embracing the imperfections ,because the best things in life are imperfect by by natural design.
The goal isn't to get rid all your negative thoughts, feeling or life situations.That's impossible .The goal is to change your response to them.It means accepting life as it is, and accepting whatever happens every time,and making the very best of it .
This isn't easy of course,but it's worth working on.YOU are worth working on,'No matter ,what happens ,be good to people around you.Being good to people is peaceful way to live and a beautiful legacy to live."
The biggest and most complex obstacle you will ever have to overcome in your own mind .Overcome that,and you can overcome anything !!!
